    Daniel Para was formerly the President and COO of Seko Worldwide, Inc., a three time recipient of Inc. Magazine’s “INC 500” award, from 1976 to 1997. When SEKO was sold to US Freightways, Inc., Mr. Para’s career continued as the President, CEO, and Group President of USF Worldwide, a division of US Freightways, Inc., from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Para then founded and served as CEO of Concert Group Logistics, LLC., a recipient of Inc. Magazine’s “INC 5000” award in 2007 and a second place recipient of Crain’s Chicago Business “Fast Fifty” award in 2006. In January 2008, after selling his company to XPO, he was initially appointed as a Director and then served as President of CGL.

    Mike Welch became President and was appointed to the Board of Directors of XPO Logistics in August of 2004. Mike was appointed CEO of XPO in June 2005. Mike’s primary focus is providing executive leadership and further expanding the footprint within premium transportation and logistics services. Mike has been involved in the transportation industry for over 28 years, with significant expertise in the expedited industry. In 1989, Mike co-founded Express-1, Inc., a Midwest-based expedited carrier.

    Frank’s career began over 30 years ago in the assurance group of Ernst & Young. Most recently Frank has served as CFO at the private equity firm of Magnate Capital Partners and prior to that was CFO and Director of Administration at the Synergy Companies, Inc. Frank has significant experience in SEC financial reporting matters, presentations to Boards of Directors, mergers and acquisitions, asset dispositions, correction of internal control deficiencies, and debt and capital restructuring. Frank also has extensive experience in other non-financial areas by overseeing the IT, human resource, risk management and other operational departments. Throughout his career Frank has demonstrated excellent record of leadership, interpersonal communication, managerial and technical skills.

    Thomas Gilgen started his career in international logistics over fifteen years ago with Panalpina AG in Switzerland. Mr. Gilgen’s career continued at Coca-Cola Switzerland where he was in charge of all their international freight management. When the opportunity arose to join Weiss-Rohlig USA Mr. Gilgen moved to New York in 2004 to help open their New York office as the Ocean Freight Manager. Mr. Gilgen then moved his way up to Regional Manager in 2008. In 2011 he was promoted to President / CEO of Weiss-Rohlig USA. Under his leadership, Weiss-Rohlig USA doubled revenue from $90 million to $200 million. He also merged multiple freight forwarding companies and one customs broker into Weiss-Rohlig USA.

In 2001 Marco, along with his partners, began TrumpCard’s expansion program. Marco later became President and CEO of TrumpCard.
